Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team at Gatwick Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Assist in the sales process, including answering customer queries and resolving issues
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of whiskey and the ability to provide expert advice to customers
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
