About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Drainage and Flood Risk Project Lead to join our team in Hampshire. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leading drainage and flood risk assessments, sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), and flood risk mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate will be a chartered civil engineer with a strong knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines, and industry best practices. They will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a passion for sustainable engineering solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from urban developments to large-scale infrastructure, ensuring that solutions meet regulatory requirements and protect communities from flood risks.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage drainage and flood risk assessments for various projects.
- Provide expert advice on SuDS and flood risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and innovation.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.
