About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our 2-person team in Inverness and surrounding areas, carrying out repairs on the Waste Water network.


As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing technical activities on various workstreams, involving repairing and maintaining sewers. This role requires extensive physical activity, so it is essential that you have demonstrable ability to perform in this aspect.


You will also need to be comfortable with a large element of travel as you will be required to work in different locations.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Undertake all aspects of work required by line management.
  • Minimise disruption to local residents and meet contract KPIs, as well as client-specific requirements.
  • Ensure all customer and client interaction is professional and in accordance with procedures.
  • Maintain strict compliance with legal and legislative policies and procedures.
  • Cooperate in any incident/accident/damage investigation.
  • Accurately and timely complete all data recorded on information management systems.
  • Adhere strictly to Clancy Group health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications


We are looking for candidates with experience in CSCS, NPORS/CPCS, deep excavation, temporary works, confined spaces, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and first aid. A full and valid driving license is essential for this role. Excavator, towing, and Streetworks (NRSWA) tickets are highly desirable.
