Job Title: Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential developments, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of site managers and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Collaborate with the contract manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Chair sub-subcontractor meetings to ensure that all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct snagging inspections to identify and rectify any defects or issues.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to the relevant authorities.
  • Monitor and control the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
