**Job Title:** Sourcing Expert

Bluestem Brands, a leading provider of direct-to-consumer retail solutions, is seeking an experienced Sourcing Expert to join our Orchard Brands team. This role will be responsible for managing reporting and forecasting for seasonal, annual, and historical supply chain metrics.

We are offering a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull from diverse internal systems to create recaps of all sourcing metrics related to volume, vendor, factory, agent, and country of origin.
• Analyze sourcing metrics and historical trends.
• Present findings to Senior leadership with recommendations for action.

**Requirements:**

• 5-7 years prior experience in sourcing or logistics field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership confidence.
• Advanced Microsoft 360 skills, especially Excel.
