**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as an Automotive Centre Manager at Halfords, the UK's leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and delivering high-quality training and coaching to your team.

**Job Description:**

  • Lead a team of automotive professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive business performance by meeting compliance standards and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide in-the-moment training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme with an average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year. Other benefits include:

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
  • Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management
  • Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in-the-moment training
  • Good time management
  • A current valid driving licence
