Science Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join our team at a well-regarded secondary school in Bromley. As a Science Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the school's mission to provide life-changing education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitor student progress, setting targets and providing regular feedback to ensure students achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of student welfare, adhering to Every Child Matters agenda and Area Child Protection Procedures.
  • Ensure continuity and progression in teaching, setting homework to consolidate learning and encourage student responsibility.
  • Track student progress, monitoring achievement against targets and taking appropriate action on student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
  • Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Proven experience in teaching Science at the secondary or higher education level.
  • Strong knowledge of geographical theories, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
