Painter Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team at StandardAero. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting surface finishing activities of aircraft components during their repair cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of surface finishing activities, including paint stripping, media blasting, masking, painting, and general labouring, in accordance with current authorised procedures.
• Contribute to team delivery of agreed targets and goals.
• Comply with Tool Control Procedures and attend team meetings.
• Support a climate of Continuous Improvement to assist productivity, Quality, Health Safety and Environment, and create a leaner environment.
• Undertake training and train other team members to achieve maximum flexibility.
• Ensure that debris generated in their work area is removed/cleaned in a timely fashion.
• Adhere to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.
