About the Role

As a Family Group Conference Coordinator, you will also assist referrers and professionals in preparing agendas and questions, ensuring the participation of children and young people is facilitated. Good communication skills, mediation skills, and adaptability are essential for this position.

You will work with a range of stakeholders, including families, professionals, and agencies, to provide a supportive and inclusive environment. The ability to organize and plan your workload, with a commitment to continuous improvement, is also required.
