Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced caregivers to join our team working two weeks on followed by two weeks off, with handover on Monday mornings. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others, a commitment to promoting clients' independence and well-being, and previous experience in care.

Requirements
  1. A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to promoting clients' independence and well-being.
  2. Previous experience in care.
  3. Availability to work on a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off rotation, with mandatory Monday morning handovers.
  4. The ability to build trusting relationships with clients, families, and the Home Instead care team.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. A driver's license and access to reliable transportation is advantageous but not essential.
