Job Title: Vehicle Repair Centre Controller

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Vehicle Repair Centre Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the bodyshop team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise a team of technicians to achieve daily targets, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Investigate and resolve any technical issues or complaints from customers or colleagues.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff to support their growth and development.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
