We are seeking an experienced Senior Audiologist Clinical Lead to join our team in Windsor, Berkshire. This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on patient care and quality improvement.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Audiology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence. With post-qualification experience working autonomously in diagnostic and rehabilitative adult and paediatric audiology, you will possess excellent communication skills, IT literacy, and a commitment to quality improvement and service development.

About Us:

We are recruiting for a 12 month fixed term maternity cover Band 8a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join our team of healthcare scientists. The position is full time (0800-1600) and will be based in Windsor though we work from several sites across east Berkshire.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered (or ready to register) as a Clinical Scientist
  • Post-qualification experience of working with paediatric patients
  • Experience supervising students and line management
  • Dedicated to quality improvement and service development
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
