Maintenance Opportunity for Experienced Handy Person

We are seeking an experienced Handyperson to carry out maintenance tasks across a large static site in North West London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be multi-skilled.

Responsibilities
  1. Carpentry work, including hanging doors and repairing window frames
  2. Carrying out lighting tests and ensuring emergency lighting is functioning correctly
  3. Maintaining log books and updating records
  4. Escorting subcontractors as required
