Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at The Manor House care home in Knaresborough. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
- Provide training and development opportunities for care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in health and social care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional, high-quality care and services
