About the Role

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our commercial property portfolio, ensuring that our assets are optimized for maximum value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Management: Monitor and manage leases, including lease expiries, renewals, and rent reviews.
  • Property Marketing: Market available space and negotiate new lettings, working closely with our legal advisors.
  • Property Inspections: Regularly inspect properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet our standards.
  • Service Charge Budgeting: Manage service charge budgets and authorize works, including refurbishment programs, to ensure properties are kept in good repair.
  • Investment Purchases and Developments: Assist with investment purchases and developments as needed.
Requirements
  • MRICS Qualification: Possess a MRICS qualification and 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Lease Experience: Have experience with leases and lease negotiations.
  • Property Management Experience: Have prior experience in property management, preferably in a managed or flex office environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £60,000, depending on experience, as well as an electric vehicle car allowance, medical insurance, and an annual bonus.
