Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Home Delivery Driver. This role involves delivering our customers' shopping on-time and in great condition, providing excellent customer service, and being the face of Sainsbury's.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on job that requires you to be comfortable with lifting and moving online containers of up to 15kg. You will be fully licenced to drive and will undergo further coaching to drive one of our delivery vehicles. For insurance purposes, you must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver our customers' shopping on-time and in great condition
- Provide excellent customer service, including making sure customers are greeted with a smile on the doorstep and professionally dealing with their queries
- Keep customers aware of any delays and offer them a brilliant service
- Help out in the store when not out on the road

Requirements:
- Full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it
- Comfortable with lifting and moving online containers of up to 15kg
- Ability to work well in a team environment
