The private healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join their team in Ormskirk, Lancashire. As a key member of the Hospital Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily finance and administrative functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CMA) to take on a challenging role with high rewards. The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £57,500 to £67,500, depending on experience.
About the Job:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing critical management information and reports, preparing and reviewing monthly finance packs, and leading the Finance, Business Office, and Bookings teams to meet KPIs and ensure safe patient pathways.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen with the ability to analyse and utilise data effectively, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to meeting targets and customer expectations. You must be able to work office based Mon - Fri.
The company offers a range of benefits, including 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, private pension with up to 5% matching contributions, enhanced parental leave policies, and life assurance at three times the base salary.
