Homecare Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Brixworth. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
• Manage medications and provide medication reminders
• Cook and prepare hot meals
• Help with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
• Provide companionship and reassurance to clients
