Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance to join our team at McElroy Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's manufacturing facility in Dungannon, working closely with the maintenance manager and senior technicians to identify and resolve issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Report to and adhere to instructions from the maintenance manager and senior technicians
  • Initiate and modify electrical and mechanical designs
  • Electrical installation of new plant and machinery
  • Manage electrical and mechanical repairs and breakdowns
  • Liaise with equipment suppliers as necessary

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read electrical drawings
  • Self-motivating with ability to work on own initiative
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:
  • Attractive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
