Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the academic and personal success of our students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide individualized support and facilitate learning activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education and care.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
- Assist teachers in lesson planning and delivery
- Facilitate learning activities and support student engagement
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience working with students with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality education and care
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
We offer a competitive salary range of £20,941.63 - £22,834.95 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
Please note that the salary listed above is based on an estimated 40 hours per week, term-time only.
