Quality Assurance Specialist

At Try Temps Limited, we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing supplier quality concerns and maintaining appropriate records. Additionally, they will investigate and resolve customer quality and product complaints, ensuring that corrective action requests are raised and completed within agreed time scales. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality engineering and be able to provide guidance and coaching to department employees. This is a permanent position that requires a Monday to Friday day shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
* Address supplier quality concerns and maintain appropriate records.
* Investigate and resolve customer quality and product complaints.
* Ensure corrective action requests are raised and completed within agreed time scales.

Requirements:
