This is a newly created role for a Divisional Financial Controller for the Experience Division of TPXimpact Holdings Group ('Group') as we continue our transformation journey to one organisation, one brand.
Responsibilities:
- Be an able 'number two' to the Divisional Finance Director, to support them to ensure that the goals and responsibilities are delivered, and that key stakeholder relationships are maintained within the Division and across the Group.
- Working with the Divisional FD to provide the aggregation of divisional results to Group as well as the Divisional leadership team to provide commercial intelligence to ensure operational and strategic decisions are made on the basis of sound financial analysis and insight.
- Management of the monthly divisional management accounts and balance sheet review processes; constant evolution of the control processes in place including standardisation of the divisional internal control processes, working closely with the Divisional FD and wider Group Finance team to ensure compliance with Group policies.
- Guiding and mentoring the other finance team members to ensure timely completion of the month end results to Flash, and then subsequent completion to Actuals.
- Review the work performed by the Finance Manager and Assistants, to ensure that the general ledger in the accounting system (NetSuite) is maintained to a high standard. Includes the review of sales invoicing, accrued and deferred revenue, and approval of journals posted to the system ensuring that the allocation and classification of costs is in line with Divisional and Group policies.
- Period review of revenue charged to other divisions, costs recharged from other divisions, and oversight of intercompany reconciliations.

- Compliance with all external audit, internal audit, HMRC and corporate governance requirements.
- Collaborating with the Group and Divisional team and business enablement functions to establish more effective processes and controls.
- Design, implement and lead on the monthly budget holder review process.

- Driving high levels of performance through effective business partnering and working with the Operations team (including delivery management) to understand the pipeline of projects, the likely impact on monthly results and subsequent cash collection requirements.
- Support the drive for continued best in class operational efficiencies.
- Understanding trading risks and ensuring protections are built into transactions whenever appropriate.
- Identification of trading performance risks with clear articulation to the Divisional FD and Group Finance Director.
