Nursery Caregiver

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursery Nurse to join our team at Toad Hall Nursery Group. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with our team to create a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.
• Develop and implement activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in our children.
• Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the nursery by adhering to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the EYFS Framework and ability to refer to it when planning activities.
• Awareness of the role of planning, observation, and record-keeping in childcare.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and meeting their needs.
• Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
