Owing to continued success, DPS Group Careers is looking for a Technical Project Manager in Glenrothes.

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience. The primary responsibility of the project manager is to oversee the technical aspects of projects and complete scheduled projects on time, within budget, and as per specifications, while ensuring the highest level of Health and Safety over the full project lifecycle.

As a senior engineering lead, you will be responsible for managing technical projects that require collaboration across multiple departments to manage personnel, budgets, and project planning to meet the expectation of the project, and to minimize any Health & Safety, Financial or Technical risks associated with the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the highest possible standards of leadership in promotion of HSEQ procedures and best practice, ensuring compliance with DPS Group procedures and legal obligations.
  • Assist in maintaining our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to interpret the needs, expectations, and limitations of each stakeholder, bringing them together with the aim of successful project delivery.
