About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-focused individual to develop their recruitment skills and build a successful career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure new vacancies through sales and business development activities
  • Provide comprehensive recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff, managing the process from start to finish
  • Meet targets for acquiring new clients and arranging service meetings
  • Generate leads for sales activities from various sources
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for speculative calls and client meetings
  • Promote other divisions or brands within the Gi Group whenever possible
  • Identify suitable candidates using both traditional and innovative methods, aiming to fill the vacancies you manage
  • Conduct pre-interviews and interviews to ensure only the most appropriate candidates are presented to your clients
Requirements:
  • Previous recruitment experience is ideal, but we are also keen to hear from those with a talent for sales
  • The ability to think on your feet and creatively is crucial
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with an honest, flexible, and reliable mindset, and the determination to succeed
  • Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to influence others are important
  • A valid driver's license is necessary
