We are working with a leading international law firm based in London for an Associate with a strong ECM (Equity Capital Markets) interest to join their Corporate team.

The Role:

Our client is seeking a Mid/Senior level Corporate Associate with a focus on ECM. The successful candidate will also work on a broad range of transactions including M&A, joint ventures and venture capital. Our client's team offers a full range of corporate services including M&A, equity and capital markets, joint ventures, private equity among others.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of clients. This ranges from technology start-ups to multinational blue chips, operating on national and international transactions. With much of our client's work being done on a global scale, there are opportunities to work in their international offices.

Key Requirements:

  • 2 years'+ PQE;
  • Experience leading on corporate transactions;
  • Strong academic background;
  • Flexibility in supporting wide range of corporate transactions;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstration of delegation and supervisory skills;
  • Ability to use own initiative;
  • Innovative and a desire to get involved in new areas;
  • Strong commercial awareness;
  • Technically excellent.
