Job Description:

As a Master Pastry Craftsman, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastry items for our A la Carte service. This includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A relevant pastry qualification or current studies
• Hotel or commercial experience is highly advantageous
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy kitchen setting
• Passion for creative pastry design and flavor combinations
