Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Events Operations Manager to lead our Events teams at Coworth Park Hotel, a renowned luxury hotel and part of the prestigious Dorchester Collection. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service excellence across our 240-acre parkland, providing luxury food and beverage service to our guests.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach their team to achieve the highest standards. They will be responsible for the smooth running of both departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with all hotel teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the Events team to deliver exceptional service excellence
  • Coordinate and plan guest stays, working closely with all departments to create a memorable experience
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and hotel teams to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and training for the team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a luxury 5* hotel
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, as well as good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
