Assistant Planner Job Opportunity

Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking an ambitious Assistant Planner to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the planning department, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Planner and Planning Manager in delivering high-rise, student accommodation, retirement living schemes, and care homes projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Planner in a construction environment.
  • Track record of project delivery and excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to think ahead and manage risk.
