Pub Crew

The Green Man Stamford is seeking a skilled Bar Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing drinks, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

You will work closely with our existing team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure that our pub remains a welcoming and enjoyable place to visit.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

The hourly rate for this position is £11.50-£12.50 per hour, with opportunities for additional pay through tips. You will also receive employee discount benefits.

• 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in bartending (preferred)

This is a part-time position with weekend availability, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, as well as occasional week-day shifts. We require a minimum of 10-20 hours per week.
