We are seeking an experienced Front of House Staff Assistant to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the smooth operation of our food and beverage areas, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, providing outstanding customer service and supporting the delivery of our services. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations, supporting enquiries and requests, serving and replenishing food, and interacting with customers in a professional manner.

Key Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Able to work flexible hours (2-3 hours a day), including weekends and bank holidays
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic food-handling skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
