Nursery Practitioner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Farley Steeple Langford Outdoor Nursery School. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's curriculum and policies
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

About You:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early years education and has a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children. You will have:

A Level 3 or above qualification in early years education or a related fieldMinimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworkExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
