Senior Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Thomas Gray Ltd, a leading Main Contractor specializing in regeneration and affordable housing schemes. Our company is a privately owned business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on medium to high rise residential projects, with experience in Main contracting within Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractors. New build RC frame experience is essential, and additional housebuilding or developer experience will be highly valued.
As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and detailed estimates for residential projects
- Collaborating with project managers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
