Executive Director for Cell Process Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Cell Process Development team in the advancement of next-generation CAR T-cell therapies for cancer treatment. The successful candidate will oversee the design and implementation of early-stage manufacturing processes and ensure a seamless transition to Late-Stage Process Development.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cell process development for biologics or cell therapies, as well as a deep understanding of CMC requirements and regulatory submissions. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and optimizing early-stage manufacturing processes for CAR T-cell products from proof of concept through to early-stage process development.
- Ensuring smooth transition and delivery of processes suitable for Late Stage Process Development and eventual commercial launch.
- Creating and managing CMC work packages in support of regulatory filings from Phase 1 to CTA.
- Overseeing the process flow from Early to Late-Stage Development, supporting further process verification and validation.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to leverage new T-Cell Therapy assets within the organization.
- Leading interactions with internal translation/technology development groups and engaging with external technology experts to align on innovative process strategies.
