Risk Management Associate

As a Risk Management Associate - Global Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that individual risks are bound promptly and in accordance with the delegated underwriting authority.
About the Role- Assist Underwriters in binding risks and recording them on the Policy Administration System in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Meet agreed service standards to bind risks and ensure relevant policies are accurate and issued within agreed timescales.
- E nsure full compliance with Delegated Authority from insurers.
- Build excellent working relationships with GBC teams and provide general assistance to Underwriters.
- Participate in regular insurer meetings to review progress of the facility.
- Maintain high level of technical knowledge and input into technical and commercial market intelligence.
- Prior experience in the London Insurance Market is essential.
- Well-developed influencing skills and ability to achieve success through others.
- Self-disciplined and organised, with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and numerical skills.
- Proven interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with domestic and international clients, business stakeholders and external bodies.
- Enthusiastic team player with ability to build and develop positive relationships and negotiate reasons for change / plans to diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
