Electrical Distribution Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Distribution Systems Manager to join our team at Pioneer Selection. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering a £10m+ project focused on electrical distribution systems and control systems improvements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical distribution systems and control systems, with experience in managing large-scale projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver the project
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in electrical distribution systems and control systems
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
