Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care and Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and socialization
- Maintain accurate records of client care and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license and car
- Currently living locally to our office
- Available to work alternate weekends
- Right to Work in the UK
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 (average with benefits £14.00)
- Evenings and weekends higher rates
- £0.30/per mile to £0.45/per mile mileage allowance
- Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)
- Minimum 1-hour visits - great for building relationships with clients
- All training paid at full pay rate, including professional development
- Paid holiday and employer pension contributions
