Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care and Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and socialization
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license and car
  • Currently living locally to our office
  • Available to work alternate weekends
  • Right to Work in the UK

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 (average with benefits £14.00)
  • Evenings and weekends higher rates
  • £0.30/per mile to £0.45/per mile mileage allowance
  • Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)
  • Minimum 1-hour visits - great for building relationships with clients
  • All training paid at full pay rate, including professional development
  • Paid holiday and employer pension contributions
