About the Role

Mace is seeking an experienced Information Manager to join our team. As an Information Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of information across our projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information management strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective information management and ensure that all project artefacts are properly labelled, filed, and stored.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our common data environment (CDE) and ensure that it is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that information is properly managed and that all project personnel have access to the information they need.
  • Assure and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored.
  • Contribute to the setup, implementation, and development of the CDE.
  • Support the global digital centre of excellence, including the body of knowledge, processes, and case studies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in information management, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with information architecture, naming, numbering, and filing conventions.
  • Working knowledge of software such as Aconex and experience of technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM.
  • Security, cyber security, and data protection awareness.
  • Experience of working in an international setting, either remotely or outside the UK.
