Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage rotas to meet service user needs and optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure staff are performing to the best of their abilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on service user care plans and staff performance.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care services.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
