A prominent law firm seeks a skilled Regulatory Solicitor Advocate to join their healthcare regulatory team, handling fitness to practise work.

Job Highlights:

  • Handling complex regulatory matters as a fitness to practise case handler.
  • Representing clients before disciplinary panels and regulatory tribunals as an advocate.
  • Providing strategic advice on healthcare regulations, professional standards, and public protection.
  • Conducting investigations into professional conduct and managing case files from inception to resolution.
  • Liaising with healthcare regulators and other relevant bodies to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in healthcare regulatory law, specifically in fitness to practise work. A strong track record in this area is essential, along with excellent advocacy skills and experience in handling cases before regulatory tribunals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary for handling complex regulatory issues.

Salary and Benefits:

This role comes with a competitive salary of £90,000 to £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an attractive benefits package. The position also offers opportunities for professional development and career progression within a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Location and Work Environment:

This hybrid role allows for a balance between remote work and two days per week in the office, based in London. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt to a dynamic legal environment and have excellent communication skills.
