As a Hotel Operations Supervisor, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting in the onboarding process and 'Guest Care' training to ensure all team members deliver outstanding hospitality

  • Utilizing your knowledge of the local area to identify business opportunities for the hotel
  • Working with the local HR team to organize engaging activities for staff
