We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at First Military Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deputise for the plant manager in their absence and ensure the effective management of maintenance procedures.
- Implement and deliver maintenance initiatives and controls to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Manage site maintenance, planning, and cost reporting systems to drive business performance.
- Assist maintenance technicians and provide guidance on maintenance activities.
- Compile risk assessments and safe systems of work for engineering and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure an appropriate engineering stock/spares is maintained and manage contractors effectively.
- Define and implement KPIs to monitor maintenance performance and ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Liaise with functions to promote teamwork, consistency, and best practice.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation, records, and files.
- Comply with safety and operational procedures and maintain high standards of behaviour and discipline.
- Hold a full clean driving licence.
- Have people management experience and hands-on experience in maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and respectable appearance.

Salary:£47,488.66 Per Annum
