Role Overview

Essex County Council is seeking a passionate Educational Psychologist to join our quadrant-led teams of dynamic professionals. We welcome applications from all, including Trainee Educational Psychologists in their second or third year of training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applying psychology to improve lives and create positive change.
  • Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners and professional colleagues.
  • Delivering innovative approaches to meet the needs of rapidly growing and diverse school communities.

Requirements

  • Eligible for Graduate membership with the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS).
  • Hold a Doctorate or a Masters degree in Professional Educational Psychology.
  • Registered with the HCPC as a practitioner psychologist or will be eligible for registration with the HCPC at the end of their training.
