Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, including administering medication and supporting residents with daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

• NMC registration.
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Estimated Salary:** Approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
