**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Scientist to analyze complex data sets, extract patterns, and provide valuable insights using machine learning and deep learning techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize AI models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and natural language processing (NLP) solutions.
  • Analyze vast data sets to identify trends that shape strategic decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI models seamlessly within operational systems.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to ensure data accessibility, quality, and consistency for AI applications.
  • Perform data preprocessing and wrangling, ensuring data is clean, structured, and ready for analysis.
  • Implement supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, including clustering and anomaly detection, to support varied data science use cases.
  • Create custom dashboards and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

**Qualifications:**

  • Candidates must have a solid foundation in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data libraries like Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills for complex data interpretation are required.
  • Able to work independently and in team settings, with strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively share insights and collaborate across teams.

**Compensation and Benefits:
