We're working with a leading aerospace manufacturer in the UK, seeking an experienced Process Quality Engineer to join their team based in Tewkesbury on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and manage non-conformances in the manufacturing environment
  2. Support process improvements and enhancements for better efficiency and quality
  3. Contribute to the development of new processes through Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plans
  4. Create inspection plans tailored to specific requirements
  5. Facilitate Measurement System Analysis studies to ensure accuracy
  6. Analyze process capability to drive improvement initiatives

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in quality assurance
  • Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes, particularly in aerospace or automotive
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies
