About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Project Worker to join our Mental Health service at Fountainville Avenue, Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs, intellectual disability, autism, and addictions to live with dignity and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support and guidance to service users, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive environment, adhering to Inspire's values and policies.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, driving excellence in service provision.
