Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our properties in the Tower Hamlets area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake stock condition surveys to identify maintenance needs and priorities
  • Lead on capital works projects, including refurbishments and repairs to internal and external domestic properties
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety legislative practice and maintain accurate records
  • Deal with day-to-day maintenance issues and undertake routine inspections
  • Liaise with tenants and contractors to ensure works are completed to specified time frames
  • Plan, manage, and monitor the asset management program

Requirements:

  • Experience in property management and maintenance
  • Understanding of current health and safety and housing legislation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
