Job Title: Night In Room Dining Coordinator

Join our team as a Night In Room Dining Coordinator at The Savoy, a Fairmont Managed Hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for coordinating all service requirements addressed to Room Service, ensuring seamless communication with guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take guest orders over the telephone or verbally, processing these orders accurately and timely using the POS terminal during the nights.
  • Communicate with the supervisor, butler, and chef on duty regarding orders and special requests.
  • Coordinate with various departments, using Micros & RMS app for room clearance, room changes, and amenity delivery.
  • Print daily reports and update VIP lists.
  • Assist the department with administration tasks and other duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the IRD Manager to achieve high scores on guest satisfaction surveys, recognizing repeat guests, and following standard procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products and services.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel is desirable.
