Job Title: Project Engineer for Medium Voltage Portfolio

We are a global power management company committed to inclusion, diversity, and sustainability. As a Project Engineer for our Medium Voltage portfolio, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-end support to our sales team, application engineers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver project deliveries of medium voltage portfolio - power quality, power controls, and energy storage for the emergency and sustainability market.
  • Develop sound business relationships with clients based on quality of service, integrity, and Eaton values.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to the sales team in the early identification, assessment, tracking, and resolution of technical/engineering risk and management of those risks to margin.
  • Manage client quality/specification compliance data and use specification compliance data knowledge (e.g. Compliance/Deviation/Exception statement) to limit scope creep and help drive change orders.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driving licence, legally authorised to work in the UK and EU.
  • Electrical engineering knowledge – bachelor's degree or HND/C level qualification or equivalent in electrical engineering desirable.
  • Proven years of experience in the Medium Voltage electrical industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of LV switchgear, MV switchgear, transformers, BMS/SCADA systems, and UPS systems.
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office.
